Friday I decided no matter what I'll have for dinner, I want Cold Rock Ice Cream after! Even though we were pretty full after all the food we had, I still wanted to go there! Cold Rock was my favorite ice cream when I lived on the Gold Coast. You choose the ice cream flavor, then the fruits, lollies or chocolates you want to mix with your flavor. After that really tough decision you watch them prepare your ice cream. (That means they put your ice cream on a board put the cookies on top and crush it, then mix it all together - by hand.) It is just amazing. I took the same one I always had 4 years ago - strawberry ice cream with Mars and Oreos. It was heaven and pretty much the highlight of my day!
